Pet Plan for Fireworks

Fireworks are beautiful to us—but terrifying for our pets. 🐾
Every year, countless dogs and cats go missing after becoming frightened by fireworks. A little preparation can make all the difference in keeping your furry family members safe.
🐶 Before the fireworks begin:
• Walk your dog early to burn off energy.
• Keep pets safely indoors—even if your yard is fenced.
• Create a quiet, comfortable space with calming sounds.
• Keep favorite toys and treats nearby for distraction.
• Make sure ID tags and microchip information are current.
• Take a recent photo of your pet, just in case.
⚠️ Even the calmest pets can panic unexpectedly. Doors, windows, and gates should stay securely closed during fireworks displays.
